2025 Black Family Wellness Expo: A Legacy of Health
On March 15th, the Dade County (FL) Chapter of The Links, Incorporated, stood proudly alongside the Greater Miami (FL) and Miami-Biscayne Bay (FL) Chapters to host the 2025 Black Family Wellness Expo: Pathways to Health. Held at the Betty T. Ferguson Recreational Complex, this impactful day served as a vibrant testament to our community’s commitment to holistic well-being.
The Expo provided a comprehensive environment where health met heritage. Families from across the county gathered to engage in life-changing resources, fostering a culture of wellness that extends far beyond a single day.
Highlights from the Day

Preventative Outreach: Dozens of residents took proactive steps toward longevity through our professional health screenings and resource booths.
-
Generational Wellness: From the high-energy Kids Cardio sessions and the petting zoo to invigorating adult fitness classes, the event emphasized that health is a lifelong journey for all ages.
